Miniature Cheese Cakes
Buttery graham cracker crust, topped with creamy cheesecake and fresh berries.
Made these for an event up in Park City. Along with some hello dollies, lemon sugar cookies, and chocolate dipped brownies. I confess, I ate a few. oops.
My hubby is headed to Europe on Thursday, so I'm taking the kids on a road trip to Lake Tahoe and up thru to Oregon. Stopping in Nevada to visit dear friends and do some baking (she wants to learn how to make hi-hats). I'm looking so forward to some down time and some good conversations. Also can't wait to get to Portland and enjoy the amazing food scene.
