I've been waiting quite sometime to get these photos, but the wait was well worth it :)

I'm still waiting on a picture of the finished cake, it has buttons on the sides and cute dipped oreos on the top of it's head..

One Charming Party.

You have all heard me talk about the Domestic Goddess. She is an amazing party planner, so talented! Beautiful to every last detail! Her party planning company is called One Charming Party. Valentine Sweetness...

You'll never guess what my daughter took to school for her valentine treats...


Strawberry Dipped Marshmallow Pops. We wrapped them up like lollipops and tied on a valentine that she made all by herself. So fun! And I promise not to post any more pictures of dipped marshmallows. This week anyway. Vive l'amour!

New obsession.

In case you haven't noticed already, I have a new obsession. Dipped marshmallows. I don't even like marshmallows. Yet... I. Am. Obsessed. Here are some more little cupcakes. And I do have to admit, though I don't like marshmallows, I have eaten one (or two, or three, or four) of these chocolate dipped. Because unfortunately, for me, chocolate pretty much trumps everything else. I would probably eat cardboard, if it was dipped in chocolate...

Valentine Cupcake

So, I got inspired by my favorite cupcake blog, and decided on a different cupcake for the Sweets for Your Sweetie boxes. These are neapolitan little cupcakes - a layer of chocolate cake, a layer of vanilla cake, topped with fresh strawberry frosting and a milk chocolate dipped mini marshmallow. Your sweetie will love these (mine did anyway:)

Pink, Pink, Pink.

My daughter already had her birthday party, but she was off track, so we got to bring treats to school yesterday. She wanted pink. This is what she got...


Vanilla Cupcakes with Strawberry Buttercream, topped with White Chocolate Dipped Marshmallows, embellished with mini heart sprinkles.

One of her friends at school said, and I quote, "I love Sofie, she is the best picker- outer of cupcakes..."

I think they liked them ;)
