Today I taught a kids pizza class. The kids made scratch pizza dough, rolled and stretched their crusts, made homemade pizza sauce, and created their own pizza masterpieces. One of the pizzas was actually a nearly perfect replica of Hello Kitty. I was truly impressed. The kids also made ice cream sandwiched from chocolate chip cookies - that they also baked from scratch. It was great fun. There is just something about kids being excited in the kitchen. I love it.
I will be teaching this class again sometime in April, May, and June.
