This Week's Sweets: Malted Vanilla Cupcakes
OMG. These were AMAZING. Freshly whipped malted vanilla buttercream, atop moist chocolate cake, topped with malt balls. They seriously tasted like an old school chocolate malt. Explains why I slurped up 3 in a matter of seconds (at least they are minis!). Next time I plan to dip the tops in chocolate instead of topping with a malt ball - then the whole thing will be like one giant malt ball. YUM!
