Chocolate Layer Dessert
Four layers of rich decadence - this dessert may not be the fanciest, but what it lacks in sophistication, it makes up for in creamy goodness! A pecan shortbread crust topped with creamy cheesecake fluff, chocolate pudding, whipped cream, and toasted pecans.
My sweet uncle Ron lost his battle with cancer this week. He was amazing, brilliant, and selfless. This was his favorite dessert. Every family party this was his request, and he would be the first person scooping it on to his plate. Here's to you, Ron!
