At the last minute, we decided to have a birthday cake on my son's actual birthday... We were just going to save all of the festivities for the day of his party, but I felt bad for the little guy, so I made him this cake. So easy and fast! And it turned out pretty cute too ;)
Sour cream chocolate cake, filled with cookies and cream butter cream, frosted with vanilla butter cream, and covered with Oreo cookies. I would have covered the whole cake with the cookies, but my hubby someone ate too many of them before I could stop them...
