My son is in to Legos. Way in to Legos. I wasn't surprised at all when he requested this cake for his birthday. His face was PRICELESS when he saw the cake. Inside were three layers of vanilla cake with vanilla buttercream. The cake is topped with white fondant and fondant Legos. And let's not forget the little people hard at work to "build" it!
(good thing my kids don't mind being the testers on my fondant skills, because I still have a long way to go!)
