Gourmet Cupcake Class

Last night I taught a Gourmet Cupcake class here in LO. Wine, food, cupcakes, good conversation. It was a great night. I got so involved with the class instruction that I forgot to take pictures. Well. I remembered for a moment and took these two pictures. Here are some ladies learning to fill cupcakes with some salted caramel that we had just made from scratch. We also made buttermilk chocolate cupcakes and salted caramel buttercream to go with that filling. And we made angel food cakelets, from scratch of course! And fresh Oregon strawberry buttercream. Mmm mmm good.


After Spring Break there will be some more adult baking classes. Stay tuned!
